These terms cover your use of the New World Tweaks app, website and subscriptions, provided by New World Tweaks, Missouri, United States ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. What New World Tweaks does

New World Tweaks changes Windows settings on your computer - registry values, services, power settings and similar - to suit gaming. It can also close background apps while you play (FPS Boost) and clear temporary files.

• It changes your system. Every change is described before you make it, and the app records your original settings so it can put them back.
• Some changes can't be undone from the app - for example removing preinstalled Windows apps. These are marked "One-way" and you're asked to confirm first.
• Some changes need a restart before they take effect.
• Results vary. How much a tweak helps depends on your hardware, your software and your game. We don't promise any particular frame rate or latency improvement.

We recommend creating a Windows restore point before making changes. The app can make one for you.

2. Your account

• You need an account for paid features. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account is for one person. Don't share it or resell access.
• You must be at least 13 years old.

3. Plans and subscriptions

• Free includes a small set of tweaks and tools at no cost.
• Core ($7.99/month) and Ultimate ($14.99/month) are monthly subscriptions in US dollars, billed through our store until you cancel.
• Cancelling: you can cancel any time from your subscription page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't charged again after that.
• After your plan ends: tweaks you applied stay applied - they're changes to your own computer - and you can still undo any of them on the Free plan. Features that run while you play, like FPS Boost and the live monitor, stop.
• Changing plans: to move from Core to Ultimate, switch your existing subscription rather than buying a second one.
• Refunds: all sales are final - see our Refund Policy. The Free plan lets you try the app before paying.

4. Acceptable use

Don't:

• try to get paid features without paying, or interfere with how plans are checked;
• copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its tweak definitions;
• reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows;
• use the app or our services to harm anyone else's computer or service.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we do, you can still undo changes the app made on your PC.

5. Games and anti-cheat

Most changes New World Tweaks makes are standard Windows settings. However, some games' anti-cheat systems are strict about system configuration, and a few tweaks - such as turning off memory integrity - are noted in the app as ones some anti-cheat systems don't allow. It's your responsibility to follow the rules of the games you play.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work hard to make every change safe and reversible, but we can't guarantee it will work perfectly on every computer, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses - including lost data, lost game progress, or system problems - arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

8. Changes to the app and these terms

We may change features, tweaks and these terms. If a change to the terms is significant, we'll tell you in the app or our Discord before it applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
